SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING
The pistes of Eben are the perfect starting point for your winter holdiay. The facilities in the village are designed especially for families and beginners offering 4km of easy to mid-level pistes, Ski Huts and an Après-ski bar. Eben has its own Ski School and Ski Rental is easily available in the village.
The Salzburger Sportwelt lies in Austria's largest ski area, Ski Amadé. One ski pass covers 5 great areas (Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming - Dachstein Tauern, Grossarl Valley, the Hochkönig Winter Kingdom and Gastein). This covers an amazing 865km of pistes and 270 lifts!
Experienced Skiiers and Boarders have all this within 20km of Landhaus Alexa!
CROSS COUNTRY
SKIING
The local 10 km cross-country skiing trail, directly joins the well-known 60 km long Tauern cross-country skiing trail.
Besides a further 200 km network of cross-country skiing trails in Salzburger Sportwelt, there is also a high-altitude cross-country skiing trail at an altitude of 1,700 metres, at the Roßbrand, which you can get to on the "Papageno" cable car in Filzmoos.
All cross-country skiing trails can be used free of charge!

For Cross Country Skiing, 10km of town track in Eben connects with over 90km of other tracks in the Sportwelt. All tracks can be accessed free of charge. Sleigh Rides and Tobogganing, Snow Shoeing and Ski-Touring. Whatever your snow pursuit is, Eben can offer it to you. And lots more!!
And after a day on the slopes, there are lots of great places to relax and enjoy your après ski!
After an active day, you can end the day with a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride through the idyllic winter landscape or a fun evening of tobogganing. You can also visit the local spa at Therme Amadé to enjoy the finest relaxation. The restaurants in the area, guarantee culinary variety and maximum enjoyment.
